En esta ocasión fuí solo a Murcia a disputar esta carrera,era mi primera media maratón de este año,no estaba convencido en hacerla por problemas en la rodilla que no termian por desaparecer y como veo que no soy capaz este año de bajar de 1:31 h que es mi mejor marca ,ni me lo habia planteado pero a través de la red social facebook y entrenamientos correbirras me picaba el gusanillo y me animé ha hacerla con grandes compañeros y con el dorsal de David Valcarcel,la realicé,lo pasé en grande sin pensar en el crono ni sufrir demasiado,esta carrera ha sido muy divertida hacía tiempo no lo pasaba tan bien,en una carrera,siempre sufriendo para bajar los tiempos,(cosa que me gusta),pero este dia ha sido espectacular.
Mañana soleada acompañado de muy buena gente y disfrutando del rrecorrido y el ambiente por las calles de Murcia,la carrera estuvo muy bien,algunos metros de mas,circuito totalmente llano,no faltó agua,cerveza y refrescos,camiseta tecnica,gorra y demas cosas que ni he visto,las cogió mi chaval

Impresionante el equipo femenino que tenemos,un aplauso para ellas y como colofón final el éxito de nuestro club subiendo al podio tanto en feminas como en masculino,lástima no asistir a la comida que seguro fué un festival ,bribones ,pero en otra estaré y os daré guerra,no lo dudeis
Un abrazo a todos y para el que vaya a los Garres allí estaré el sábado que viene.
Durante la carrera realicé unas grabaciones con una mini dv y este es el resultado el cual espero mejorar.
